We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. You are the sole owner of the information collected on your site.  We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts from you.  We only have access to collect information that your prospects voluntarily give on your website, if we manage it or other marketing assets for you. We will not sell or rent any of this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to process an order or service that we are responsible for.

We take precautions to protect your information and information gathered from prospects on your behalf. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. In fact, we never have access to any card data in the way we are currently processing payment information.

Anytime you are providing a payment, you can verify the security of the web page by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, physical company address (and any other relevant addresses necessary for being had in order to provide services), etc…

In the course of performing our lead generation services, we will also have access to prospect contact information.  This information will not be shared with anybody for any reason, outside of those which we specifically discuss.


When visitors leave comments or fill out any forms on our site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

When visitors leave comments or fill out any forms or converse with any chatbots on your site, the same information is protected and kept secure.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us, and also any data we have collected in regard to your analytics, prospects, customers, etc… You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

The same goes for any data we collect on your website or through any data collection assets we may manage on your behalf.
